Homemade Granola | Free from Gluten, Dairy, Refined Sugar (Vegan option)

It's so easy to make your own granola at home - free from all the nasties and excess sugar you'd find in the store bought versions. This granola is gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free - plus if you use maple syrup instead of honey it's also vegan!

Ingredients
2 Cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Raw Almonds
1/2 cup Cashews
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
2 heaped Tbsp Nut butter
1/2 cup Raw Honey (or Maple Syrup for vegan option)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 150 degrees.
Line a large baking tray with baking paper
Place the oats and nuts into a food processor and blitz until coarse flour forms whilst still having nut chunks.
Mix together the oat and nut mixture with the rest of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
In a small mixing bowl combine the nut butter and raw honey/ maple syrup and whisk till creamy.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients making sure they are well combined.
Spread the granola onto the baking tray and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow the granola to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Store in an airtight container.
