Ways to work with me
IN PERSON & ONLINE
Talks & events
Workshops, corporate wellness sessions and talks - for schools, teams, community groups and events. Live in person or as an online webinar. I also do Kitchen Conversations: a private hands-on cooking session in your home for you and your friends.
Replays of past talks are available to watch any time.
BOOKS & GUIDES
Recipe books & guides
Books and guides for the kitchen - allergy-friendly food the whole family will actually eat, shopped from real South African shelves. The Healthy Allergy Friendly Recipe Guide, The Sweet Potato Secret, and the Healthy Kids Lunchbox + Snack Guide - with The Healthier Shopping Guide coming soon.
COMMUNITY
The Women's Wellness Club
A private WhatsApp community for women who want help with the everyday choices, in real time. A weekly voice note from me, label reads while you shop, brand-by-brand recommendations, recipe drops, and member Q&A Monday to Friday.
Join for a month, stay for as long as it's useful. Cancel any time.
The kinds of questions I help with in the Club: what this label actually means, which brand to buy at Woolies or Checkers, hormone-supportive foods, gut health, what to put in the lunchbox, and the small swaps that actually add up.
FOR BRANDS
For brands
Ten years in brand strategy taught me how 'healthy' gets sold. Training as a coach taught me how it actually works in a body. Strategy, positioning, product and label thinking - from the customer's side of the shelf.
PERSONAL
One-on-one session
A one-off conversation. We sit down - online or in person - and unpack whatever's on your plate: your body, your hormones, your family's meals, the label you can't make sense of. You bring the questions; I help you think clearly about the answers.
No 12-week programmes. No meal plans. No protocols. And where something needs a doctor or a dietitian, I'll say so - and point you to the right person.
The kinds of things we tackle in a session: why you're exhausted by 3pm, what to do about your hormones, how to make your family meals work harder for your health, which label to trust, and whether that 'healthy' product really is.
Not sure which one fits?
Send me a message and tell me what's going on. I'll tell you honestly what I'd suggest - even if the answer is a referral to someone else.
