  • Mango + Coconut Chia Pudding | Dairy Free Vegan Dessert

    A delicious and easy to make breakfast or dessert. It's dairy free and vegan, naturally gluten free and also free from refined sugar! A treat for adults and kids - I mean who doesn't like pudding for breakfast?!

  • Ingredients

    1/3 cup Chia Seeds


    1 can Coconut Milk


    2 Tablespoons Raw Honey/ Maple Syrup


    1 Teaspoon Vanilla


    1 Mango Diced

Instructions

Place chia seeds in a bowl.


Whisk chia seeds, coconut milk, raw honey/maple syrup and vanilla together in a bowl, Stir well.


Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.


Once the chia seeds have expanded and softened, stir and top with fresh mango
