Hi I’m Chrisli,

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

Living a good life means eating well, making healthy choices to nourish your body and learning which foods work best for you. This can have a massive impact on your entire wellbeing – your emotions, your mind, your hormones, energy levels and more! And therefore it’s super important to focus on.

But it’s not all.

A healthy life also involves how you think about things, how you feel, your relationships, career, spiritual wellbeing and what you fill your days with.

It’s not a short term diet or a quick fix. It’s about looking at your life differently, getting to know your body and yourself and making changes that will result in a good life for you.

How do we get there? It’s a journey. One where we discover what’s good for you, what works for you, where you are now and where you would like to be.

I want to help you achieve a state of being where you are excited to get to work. Where eating healthy comes easy and you love the way it makes you feel. Where you are looking forward to working out. Where you feel like you are living a purposeful life. A good life.

‘More is better’ was my motto. Around every corner I tried to squeeze in more. More work, more emails, more perfection, more to-do’s, more shopping, more talking, more doing, more worrying… Well, you can guess where this left me – with a whole lot less. Less energy, less motivation, less lust for life and less time to just be. And finally, burnout.

Overworking, overthinking and overdoing literally made me sick. It didn’t only affect my mental health but also my physical health. My hormones, my digestive system, my skin. You name it, I’ve dealt with it.

And that’s when started making some serious changes to my life and health.

I’ve realised that more is not always better. And also, that the opposite of more is not necessarily less.The opposite of more is better. Better food, better sleep, better exercise, better thoughts, better people… And the result is a better life. A good life. Is my life perfect? Definitely not. Is that the goal? I’m not so sure anymore. But my life is good.

I want to help you live a good life. Holistically.

My idea of a good life includes beetroot latte’s, detox tea, stretch classes and a green juice every now and then. It also includes getting enough me-time, spending quality time at home, managing my calendar + to-do lists better and going for acupuncture.

Nothing happens overnight. It’s a series of simple daily changes + choices and one morning you wake up and realise that you’re not the same person you were a year ago.

Health is about more than just food. It's also about how you think, how you move, how you live and how you love. And all of these need attention to create the life you crave.

Through my journey I had many mentors and supporters from various walks of life. But I would’ve loved to have someone walk me through the journey of changing my life for the better and living a healthier life. So that’s what I would like to do for you. I’ve been there and I know it’s not easy, but I know it’s possible!
